About the role:
➤ Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
➤ Manage and train staff to maintain efficiency, hygiene, and top-tier customer service.
➤ Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene compliance at all times.
➤ Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control to reduce waste and maximize profitability.
➤ Handle customer feedback and service recovery, ensuring a great dining experience.
➤ Drive sales and promotions, coordinating with the marketing team to boost footfall.
➤ Analyze sales reports, operational challenges, and team performance to improve efficiency.
➤ Manage restaurant P&L.
